Growing Financial Practice hiring Team Member


Position:

This is a full time position, 30 – 40 hours a week. Competitive salary and benefits, potential for long term growth.

Minimum Requirements:

College education preferred
2+ years of experience working in a professional, fast-paced office environment
Basic market knowledge preferred
Previous experience within the industry preferred
Exemplary customer service skills
Computer and internet search proficiency
Proficient with MS Office and Windows OS
FINRA licenses preferred, not required.
Seeking Candidate with longer term employment goal
Experience in the financial advisory, investment and insurance fields helpful

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment
Excellent time management skills
Possess capability to work independently
Customer service expertise
Strong organizational skills
Experience in data base management and other software

Duties:

Prepare, complete, file, and process client paperwork
Communicate with clients via phone and e-mail
Manage online file management system
Coordinate special projects as directed
Implement marketing programs for new & potential clients
Keep confidential client and agent files up-to-date and create new ones as needed
Any other miscellaneous day-to-day clerical work as directed
